It’s a clean sweep for Star Beverages!
Over 1100 wines were judged at the recent 2017 Melbourne International Wine Challenge. Star Beverages has always believed the brands they represent are world class but the results from the Challenge truly prove it.
High Altitude Mendoza Winery, Andeluna, took out Argentinian Winery of the Year. Chilean Producer Terre Nole took out the Chilean Winery of the Year and Rhone Winery of the Year went to Marrenon Vignerobles. Excitingly, Sensi Vini took out Chianti Classico Producer and Prosecco producer of the year with a Gold Medal being awarded to the 18k Prosecco Brut!
These awards were backed up by a range of silver medals for Champagne Henri Abele NV Brut, Andeluna’s 1300 Malbec, Terra Nobles Gran Reserva Riesling/Sauvignon Blanc, Marrenon’s “Petula” Luberon Rose and many, many more!
“I asked Scott whether we were the only company who submitted International Wines” says National Sales Manager Angelica Nohra, “I was just so shocked with the results!”
Rest assured, a number of International wines were submitted for this event but it truly was a clean sweep for the world class brands represented by Star Beverages.
